Diocese of Green Bay
Explore 186 Catholic parishes, up-to-date schedules, and livestream options in the diocese.
The Diocese of Green Bay was erected in 1868, carved from the Diocese of Milwaukee, covering 16 counties in northeastern and central Wisconsin. French Catholic missionaries were active in the region as early as the 17th century. The diocese is home to the National Shrine of Our Lady of Champion in Champion, WI — built on the site of an 1859 Marian apparition, the first approved by the Catholic Church in the United States. The diocese serves around 186 parishes.
