All Sacramental Certificates/letters/form requests take a minimum of 5 business days to be completed. All requests will be processed within 10 business days on a first come/first serve basis. Please Note: All Sacramental certificate requests REQUIRE a photo ID and a request form to be filled out. Safe Environment Training for LAY PERSONS ONLINE RENEWAL 2026-2027 SET Year As of July 1st every year, your Safe Environment Training (SET) expires so it's once again that time of year for all volunteers to renew! In addition to your SET Renewal, you may need to complete the 'Criminal Background Check' Renewal as this expires every six years. Elementary Religious Education/Sacramental Preparation: First Reconciliation, First Eucharist, Confirmation and Elementary Religious Education - call the Parish Office for more information. Marriage: In an effort to provide a faith-filled preparation for couples entering sacramental marriage, St. Theresa Parish follows the guidelines set by the Diocese of Phoenix. Couples should contact our Marriage Preparation Coordinator through the Parish Office at least 9 months in advance of their anticipated wedding date.
