Faith based scouting for girls Kindergarten through 12th grade. American Heritage Girls is a Christ-centered character and leadership development program for girls 5 to 18 years of age. AHG is dedicated to the mission of building women of integrity through service to God, family, community, and country. We meet on specific Mondays throughout the year.

Dear friends,
This weekend we celebrate the Solemnity of the Body and Blood of Christ. Closely tied to this feast is the Solemnity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus later on this week. As a Catholic in America, I could not be prouder of the US Bishops for the upcoming consecration of our nation to the Sacred Heart of Jesus on June 11 as we approach America's 250th birthday, and also for the Eucharistic Congress two summers ago in July 2024.
As St. Jean Vianney stated, "There is nothing so great as the Eucharist. If God had something more precious, He would have given it to us." And so there is no better birthday gift Catholics can offer the United States than our witness to Jesus' Sacred Heart given to us in the Eucharist. I also feel a deep sense of gratitude for our nation and the precious gift of religious freedom, both to worship and to bear such public witness!
I invite all of you to join in this consecration of the United States to the Sacred Heart of Jesus by praying this prayer on June 11, which we also will pray at the daily Masses:
O Most Sacred Heart of Jesus: You know the longings of ourhearts, and you desire that we enjoy friendship with you.
From your pierced side, you have poured out the wellspring of life, for which we thirst. Your heart burns with a love for all people to return to a right relationship with you. We celebrate the abundant gifts you have given this nation,
founded on the self-evident truths that our Creator has endowed all people with the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
We make reparation for the offenses against you and against human dignity that have taken place in this nation.
May our hearts be united to yours, so that our families and communities enjoy peace and happiness; may broken relationships be reconciled, injustices repaired, and the wounds of our land be healed.
May your holy Catholic Church serve as asign, pointing all people to your infinite love. O Desire of Nations and Center of History,
we ask you to bless these United States of America.
Who live and reign with God the Father in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen.
