For most children, getting ready to go back to school is an exciting time. They get new clothes, shoes, and supplies. Unfortunately, for some children around our parish, this is not their experience. Many families don't have the resources to purchase all their children the items required by schools without experiencing financial hardship. Some children have to go without many school supplies required for their grade level (K-8). In 2025, thanks to the generosity of our parish family, the Back 2 School program provided school supplies to 310 children in need! We hope to continue to provide school supplies to needy children who would otherwise go without and reduce the impact on the family. We will also be working with area guidance counselors at the schools to provide items for children in need. Simply pick up a donation bag at the information desk and return the bag with any of the items noted below. The list of supplies needed is based on grade levels in the elementary and middle schools in our parish area. Please pray about this mission, and consider helping with the supplies needed for the school year. Donations can be brought to the Parish Life Center (PLC).
