This weekend, we are pleased to welcome Father William Kratt as the new Parochial Vicar of Saint Ambrose Catholic Community. Please join us in extending a warm Saint Ambrose welcome as he begins his ministry among us. Father Wil is a native of Faribault, Minnesota, where his family has lived for five generations. Raised in a close-knit Catholic family, his call to the priesthood took root during high school as he encountered Christ more deeply through his parish community and was encouraged by others to prayerfully consider a priestly vocation. After serving a year with NET Ministries, Father Wil entered Saint John Vianney College Seminary at the University of St. Thomas before continuing his formation at The Saint Paul Seminary. He was ordained a priest for the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis on May 27, 2023, and has most recently served as Associate Pastor at St. Hubert Catholic Community in Chanhassen. Father Wil looks forward to getting to know the parishioners of Saint Ambrose and walking alongside them in faith. As he begins this new chapter of ministry, we invite you to keep him in your prayers and introduce yourself when you see him around campus.

Beginning on Monday, July 6 at 8:30 am, the Parish Office will begin receiving Mass intentions for the 2027 calendar year. In order to best serve our large parish community, each household may request up to 10 Mass intentions during the year. Intentions will be scheduled in the order they are received. If you have additional intentions beyond the annual limit, or if we are unable to accommodate a requested date, please contact the Parish Office at 651-768-3030. We would be happy to provide a list of other churches, shrines, and religious organizations where Mass intentions may be requested. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we strive to make Mass intentions accessible to each member of our generous, faith-filled parish community.
