Explore 85 Catholic parishes, up-to-date schedules, and livestream options in the diocese.
The Diocese of Saint Petersburg was erected in 1968, formed from territory belonging to the Diocese of Miami and the Diocese of Saint Augustine. It covers the Tampa Bay region across 5 counties: Citrus, Hernando, Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas. The Cathedral of Saint Jude the Apostle in St. Petersburg serves as the diocesan seat. Six counties in the southwest were later split off in 1984 to form the Diocese of Venice.
