Father Shenosky and the MMR Parish Council have approved a new prayer ministry for those parishioners and their loved ones impacted by cancer. This initiative is being launched by long-time parishioner, Mary Anne Dunbar, in gratitude for the countless prayers offered during her cancer treatments over the past 3 years. It is a ministerial effort to continue to give thanks to God for the healing and blessings bestowed on Mary Anne well beyond the original prognosis.

To have your family or friends' names added to the prayer list for this ministry, simply send an email to [email protected]. Be sure to include name of the person for whom she will be praying. You may share as much or as little detail regarding the cancer for which they have or are in the process of being treated. You may be assured she will pray for them by sharing Living Hope through Jesus each day. This ministry will respect the privacy of those who are undergoing cancer treatments.

Through Your healing touch and words, You restored sight to the blind, hearing to the deaf, strength to weakened limbs, and wholeness to those afflicted with disease. Look mercifully upon those named here in their time of need. Grant them the patience they need to carry their cross. If it be Your holy will, grant them Your healing.
